By accessing or using any services operated by Foundry Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including ArtifactIndex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Foundry Studio LLC operates web-based tools and platforms, including ArtifactIndex, a collections management platform designed for collectors, galleries, museums, and dealers. Our services enable users to catalog, document, manage, and share collections of artifacts and collectibles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use our services or make a purchase. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to our platform, including collection records, images, and documentation. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The Foundry Studio brand, ArtifactIndex platform, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Foundry Studio LLC. Your collection data and content remain yours at all times.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. You shall not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' use of the services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
